The Australian Christian Lobby’s 2013 annual report is now available online to read.
The purpose of the report is to provide ACL supporters with a review of the achievements of the organisation over the last year.
It includes messages from Chairman Anthony McClellan and Managing Director Lyle Shelton, who both pay tribute to the work of former ACL Managing Director Jim Wallace, who moved to the position of Deputy Chairman this year.
The report examines the 2013 federal election campaign and the Make it Count Election Panel Webcast; a strategic opportunity to help inform the Christian constituency leading up to voting day, and which also included a pre-recorded message from both Kevin Rudd and Tony Abbott.
There is also a review of ACL’s efforts in providing the Christian community with the opportunity to meet and question candidates in their electorate through the Meet Your Candidate Forums held in both Queensland and Victoria.
Included in the report is a review of the year past from each ACL state director. Here, you can learn about the successes and challenges faced in our states as we worked together to see Christian principles and ethics accepted and influencing the way we are governed, do business and relate to each other as a community.
