Bullying in the work place was the subject of discussion on the ABC’s The Drum hosted by John Barron.

Maurice Blackburn Lawyers principal Josh Bornstein and Sydney Morning Herald journalist Deborah Snow expressed concern with the bully that was occurring in workplaces where people had different views on same-sex marriage.

The issue of workplace bullying came to the surface when IBM managing partner, Mark Allaby was forced to step down from the board of the Lachlan Macquarie Institute after LGBT activists called for his resignation.

Same-sex marriage activists then turned their attention on Macquarie University for employing Dr Stephen Chavura who is also a director of the Lachlan Macquarie Institute.
