Make it Count

On June 21, 2010 the ACL held the Make it Count event with the then Prime Minister Kevin Rudd and the Opposition Leader Tony Abbott. Their addresses were webcast live to churches throughout Australia.

Three days later there was a change of leadership. In the interests of fairness and protocol, ACL approached the new Prime Minister Julia Gillard and she granted an interview with ACL Managing Director Jim Wallace on August 6, which is posted below.

Answers to many other questions of concern to the Christian constituency were provided by the parties contesting the most recent federal election, which are posted at australiavotes.org.au.

We hope you will view the leaders’ addresses and take advantage of the other information provided at australiavotes.org.au.

ACL has also conducted similar Make it Count events in the lead up to the most recent New South Wales, Victorian, West Australian, Tasmanian, ACT and Northern Territory elections.
