Marijuana has been in the news recently with a number of states and the ACT at various stages of inquiry into how to legalise it for medical use. ACL recently made a submission to the Senate Legal and Constitutional Affairs Committee on the Regulator of Medicinal Cannabis Bill 2014 (click here to read).



Dr Greg Pike is a bioethicist and the Director of the Adelaide Centre for Bioethics and Culture. In this interview, Dr Pike talks about some of the pros and cons of regulating marijuana for medicinal purposes.
