Schoolground knife and weapon attacks have doubled in 10 years and are as common as bar-room stabbings and glassings. Victorian police investigated 70 weapon attacks in school, university and college grounds in 2008-09, compared to 73 offences in licensed premises. [Friday, 5th March 2010]

A love that saves
