ACL is pleased to announce the appointment of Tristan Hatcher as our new Director for the Northern Territory.

Tristan originally hails from Sydney and moved to the Northern Territory with his wife Susie three years ago – quickly adjusting to the more laid back pace of life. They have a one-year-old son, Reuben (pictured with his parents).

Tristan has a Bachelor of Arts in History and Politics and works in the communications centre for the ambulance service.

He has taken up the part-time appointment as NT Director in a volunteer capacity, seeing the role as “a chance to serve God in a different way and do something purposeful with my time”.

In taking on this new role, Tristan will be able to build on the hard work and influence achieved by our previous NT Director Lois Fong during her years with ACL.

Initially, Tristan will be looking to develop a solid contact base, particularly among churches and NT politicians. He will also be focussing on the NT’s part in the upcoming Federal election.

NT supporters are encouraged to please make Tristan welcome and if you would like to catch up with him or assist him in building up contacts please contact him at tristan.hatcher@acl.org.au
