3,600 Gospels gifted in WA Shopping Centres

ACL volunteers are amazing!

One of our WA volunteer leaders, Kirstie van Tonder organised volunteers to sing Christmas carols at two shopping centres over several weekends.  Over 80 volunteers of all ages participated and the result was that 3600 gospels were gifted to shoppers in the lead up to Christmas!

A team of volunteers descended on the Cockburn Shopping Centre, south of Perth,  last Saturday and Sunday.  Between 11.30 and 2.30pm each day they sang carols while others gave a gospel of John to the many who passed by or stopped to listen.

The response from shoppers to hearing the well-known Christmas carols being sung by our volunteers was so positive!  Many stopped to listen for a time.  And many accept the gift of a gospel. May the Holy Spirit move people to read them and lead them to know Jesus.

In Western Australia some 210,000 gospels of John have been distributed by our volunteers.
