Through his initiative and faithful service of God, Warren has accomplished a great deal for Christianity in Australia. He started the Vision Radio Network (which now has over 400 stations), founded Canberra’s 1WAY FM radio station, helped start more than 20 other Christian community radio stations, and also helped start Christian radio stations abroad.
Warren also played a key part in the establishment of the Australian Christian Coalition, which went on to become the Australian Christian Lobby. He was a Board Member and subsequently ACC Vice President for a number of years – assisting greatly in the foundational work from which the organisation grew.
Warren died in Canberra early on Saturday morning (December 4) and will be greatly missed. He is survived by wife Suzanne; children Angel, David, Gerri and Grahame; and step-children Rosanne, Julie and Timothy.
