Christians are under increasing pressure around the world to keep their beliefs to themselves.
On Sunday 16 July, Australian Christian Lobby managing director, Lyle Shelton, appeared on the panel of the Sky News ‘Outsiders’ program with Ross Cameron and Rowan Dean.
Lyle was able to speak about what it means to be a Christian both in the Middle East, which has been confronted with a genocide, and in Australia where people are feeling the pressure not to speak out.
Below are some of the key messages from the program:
What are the ramifications of removing the gender diversity requirement from marriage?
Is Christianity in decline?
The Genocide in the Middle East needs more attention
Are Churches growing?
What is the role of Christianity?
