The Australian Law Reform Commission is currently conducting its Freedoms Inquiry into fundamental rights, freedoms, and privileges in Australia.

Organisations including ACL and Freedom4Faith have made submissions to this inquiry.

Professor Patrick Parkinson from the University of Sydney is one of the founding academic advisers to Freedom4Faith. In this interview, Professor Parkinson discusses the inquiry and some of the concerns it raises for religious liberty and other fundamental freedoms.
