As a result of 2013's Carmody Report on the child protection system in Queensland, the Queensland Government is taking steps to address the crisis of child welfare in the state.
ACL made a submission to three bills currently before Parliament:
- The Child Protection Reform Amendment Bill 2014
- The Family and Child Commission Bill 2014
- The Public Guardian Bill 2014
