Shockwaves have reverberated through the medical community as investigative journalist Michael Shellenberger has uncovered confidential documents, exposing the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH). These damning leaks reveal internal discussions among surgeons, therapists, and activists, laying bare the unsettling truth behind transgender treatments and surgeries.
250 pages of leaked WPATH conversations unveil a chilling reality: the very institution tasked with safeguarding gender care is culpable in conducting experimental treatments that inflict widespread harm.
“The WPATH Files show that what is called ‘gender medicine’ is neither science nor medicine,” said Michael Shellenberger, President, and founder of Environmental Progress.
Rob Norman, Queensland State Director for the Australian Christian Lobby (ACL), condemns the revelations, stating, “The leaked files are a damning indictment of WPATH’s credibility. It’s reprehensible to witness WPATH’s blatant disregard for the well-being of individuals in favour of advancing their ideological agenda.”
Norman said, “The files expose shocking revelations, including clinicians’ awareness of the carcinogenic risks of testosterone and discussions surrounding patients who may have tragically perished due to hormone treatment.”
With Queensland Health relying heavily on WPATH’s directives for gender care practices, Norman underscores the urgency for reform, declaring, “WPATH’s activist agenda has no place in healthcare. It’s time to recalibrate our approach and prioritize evidence-based, ethical practices.”
The Australian Christian Lobby calls for the immediate suspension of all gender transition treatments until an urgent Inquiry into Queensland’s reliance on WPATH’s guidelines is resolved.
