Missing women phenomena will only increase in Queensland

New research from La Trobe University shows a shocking rise in sex selection abortions within ethnic groups in Victoria, the Australian Christian Lobby said.

Labor’s radical abortion bill set to be tabled later this month will deal with what Deputy Premier Jackie Trad considers the “last area of discrimination against women”.

“What Ms Trad refuses to acknowledge is that her abortion ‘reforms’ will entrench the very discrimination she considers herself to be fighting against.” Commented Wendy Francis, state director of the ACL.

“If Ms Trad has her way, Doctors will also be limited in their right to conscientious object to refer for sex selection abortion.

“A Galaxy Poll of over 1000 Queenslanders in March 2018 revealed 85% opposed sex-selection abortions, but here we have Jackie Trad caring more about a women’s right to abortion than she does about the rights of unborn women.”

The Australian Christian Lobby calls on all Members of Parliament to vote against this bill which will legalise femicide.
