Latham’s bill backs parents over gender confusing bureaucrats

The Hon. Mark Latham MLC should be praised for tabling a bill that upholds mothers, fathers and families as the foundation of society, not government and its schools, the Australian Christian Lobby said. Parents have the prime responsibility to teach their children values and ethics. Schools have no right to undermine parents and impose scientifically debunked and damaging gender fluidity doctrine.

The upcoming 4 July by-election in the Federal seat of Eden-Monaro is of national significance for people of faith across the nation.

With Labor yet to take a position on Scott Morrison’s religious discrimination bill, a Liberal victory in the seat would provide more certainty for the passage of the legislation, which seeks to ensure religious freedom is protected for all Australians.

Premier’s pub test predicament on church attendance numbers

The Australian Christian Lobby is calling on the NSW Government to mirror for all religious gatherings its 1 June 2020 easing of COVID-19 restrictions for pubs, clubs, cafes and restaurants. From 1 June, hospitality venues can have up to 50 customers, but religious gatherings and places of worship can only have up to 10 in attendance.
